Why did the customer contact us?

Requested mold testing in crawlspace. Every morning waking up coughing and bringing up mucus when home. Doesn't have this problem when away.

Solutions provided:

A visual inspection and three tape samples were taken to test for mold in the crawlspace of the home. The results confirmed actual fungal growth in the crawlspace. Due to the home being constructed as a manufactured home some areas were inaccessible for inspection. It was recommended to contact a remediation contractor to alleviate the mold. Waterproofing and moisture control was also recommended. Without controlling the excess water entering in to the crawlspace the problem will continue to reoccur.
