( 5 out of 6 reviews )
December 08, 2020 | Edwardsville, IL

December 21, 2020 | Edwardsville, IL
Tape samples were taken to test for mold in the crawlspace subfloor and rim joist. It was recommended to treat the moisture affected areas of the rim joist and subfloor in two separate crawlspaces. It was also recommended to control moisture and humidity in the crawlspace, insulate the band board area to prevent condensation building up and monitor the humidity levels in both crawlspaces to prevent future problems. An ideal humidity level would be 50% or below.
October 28, 2020 | Edwardsville, IL
Recommended homeowner remove insulation from subfloor where mold was present, treat subfloor and joist in crawlspace by spraying biocide and instructed the moisture and humidity must be controlled to prevent future microbial growth.
